Top New National Theatre Hotel Reviews

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"We loved that the hotel was across the street from a park. It was so nice to start and end a day of sightseeing with a walk across the park. The Toto bathroom was up to date. The staff were nice and helpful. The onsite bakery was convenient (and delicious!). I was nervous about the air conditioning after reading some negative reviews, but our room had adjustable A/C that worked beautifully in late august typhoon season. We never needed to crank it all the way down to 20C. Laundry onsite (six machines total) was so handy. Cool vibes. Quieter at night than my condo at home."

Hotel Rose Garden Shinjuku

Hotel Rose Garden Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is located perfectly 10 minutes from the Shinjuku crossing and shopping. The hotel is quaint and very clean. While Japan is known to not have any trash cans in public areas there are also no trash cans in the public areas of the hotel. The staff are generally very nice and helpful. The one concern I had with the hotel was when I had put my clothes in the hotel dryer for 60 minutes and my clothes came out still damp. I notified the hotel and they directed me to a 24 hour laundromat. There was no attempt to refund my money or fix the dryer."
