This is the main floor of a large house. There is a ground floor apartment and attic suite with no shared spaces or entrances.
Smart TVs in each bedroom and 50" in living room. Fast wireless internet and Ethernet connections
3 miles to French Quarter/Bourbon St, 10 min by car
walk to Tulane Stadium, 2 miles to Garden District, 1.3 miles to St Charles Avenue/Streetcar line

This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

Met our adult kids there for Christmas week, a wonderful base camp to enjoy an amazing city. We had so much fun both exploring NoLa and hanging out in the great home. Highly recommend

Perfect Staycation with True New Orleans Hospitality

I had an amazing stay at this property! Awesome house for both adults and the kids. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Far enough from the busy downtown but still only a short car ride. Really enjoyed the stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we highly recommend it! Plenty of room for multiple people and tons of activities for the kids! Between the playhouse, trampoline, and pool, there’s something for everyone. Easy location to get to a CVS/Walgreens if needed and to get around the city.

Great, quiet location

We came for Jazz Fest. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings while having our last cocktails.

The house was so charming and well decorated. The fine details in the decor and gorgeous furniture pieces were wonderful. The home felt comfortable and welcoming and the cherry on the top was the luxurious little cottage like apartment on the top floor. This house had everything you needed and more for a wonderful vacation stay.

Excellent property in good location

We stayed over Christmas and found the property to be as described - nice main floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an attic suite that is quite nice and essentially self sufficient with a small kitchen and bedroom. Pool is small but great for little kids. Interior of house is very classic - nice hardwood floors. Easy access to French Quarter and downtown.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean & comfortable. We were able to park off street which was nice. Any information that we needed was in the desk and the house was well supplied with whatever we needed. We were close, within 20 min., to all the attractions. We had a wonderful stay & I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a great place to relax after a fun filled day or evening out.
