"Great pick up and check in staff"

"This property is primarily for people using Newark airport. It is not a destination for leisure or other types of activities. The view you have from almost anywhere in the building is parking lot or highway. And that's okay because that's what this place is. Doesn't pretend to be anything else. The room that we were first assigned had it very nasty odor but the staff willingly changed our rooms. They were very cordial and very helpful. The property serves the purpose for which it is intended very well but it is not anything more than that "

"The bus stop for New York City Port Authority is only a few blocks away from the hotel. There is a nice grocery store that has ready made salads and sandwiches. The staff were polite and accommodating as I requested a room in the back area as it is quieter. "

"We were struggling to figure out the airport shuttle but Douglas was extremely patient and very helpful, returning our many calls trying to figure out directions! Awesome customer service, I would have been fed up with us. The room was also very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. "
