"I booked this hotel to use the pool facilities which were so packed with local members I could not swim in a straight line. I was disgusted when a bloodied sanitary towel floated past me in the pool and not impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets which had clearly not been checked for some time as there was poo in the loo! Grim. I did have a lovely meal in the restaurant and the staff were friendly and accommodating."
