"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. Close to all and so affordable. We stayed in the pool house, with multiple adults and a few children. Decorated Beautifully, and it was spacious, VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed right there. There was a nice outside area, beautiful pool (steps form the door) & the short walk to the beach would have been great if weather was better. For us the easy to access for my elderly parents that had visited was great also. Only negatives were the access code for key never worked for us, But Jeff was there immediately to help us. The bath tubs would only fill with the shower option (ok whatever) and the bedroom tv in one room had a remote control issue, but we really didn't need it. We would love to stay here Again!!! "

"Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!"

"This rental exceeded expectations. We had a family of 12 people spend five days. It is very large with six bedrooms and plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook all of our meals. It had a gas grill with plenty of propane, a two car garage, we were easily able to park five cars on the property. Every room had a smart TV with Roku, and the pool table and ping-pong table in the game room were put to use. The staff was very accommodating by phone 24 seven and very responsive and helpful. There’s plenty to do in New Smyrna Beach, JB‘s Fish Camp is a must do. I would highly recommend it and we will probably be staying there again in the future."
