"Room was INFESTED with roaches I completed my booking through hotel.com and when I showed up there was roaches crawling over the room, on the bed, counters, outlets very unsanitary and staff wasn’t rude but not the most professional I booked a stay because I was in town hosting a gender reveal and I walked in my room and walked right out after seeing what awaited me - dyllan holly"

"This was a good budget hotel. It’s an old Super 8 that had been renovated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s easy access to the highway and getting around Huntsville and to campus."

"The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The property was very clean. The first room we were given, the lights next to the bed did not work and since it was after 5p the issue could not be resolved. They offered another room but didn’t have a king and I told them double beds was not acceptable. The front desk clerk upgraded us at no additional cost to a suite with a king bed. Not really suite simply a larger room, but they didn’t charge us anymore so I was fine with it. The new room, one of the lights next to the bed did not work and the TV didn’t work. It would not receive a signal. The front desk clerk came up to the room and tried to resolve the issue and could not do so. So I had a defective light and a TV that didn’t function in the second room. We didn’t want to change rooms again so we settled for a room that should not have been rented. I asked for a one hour late check out noon instead of 11:00am and was advised that it would be an additional $25. I was fine with it because we needed the convenience of being able to change clothes after a morning event before we got on the road to travel home. They wouldn’t confirm a late checkout until the morning. When I called in the morning they refused to accommodate my late checkout request. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was extremely displeased with the stay and will never stay at this location again. I discourage others from staying there as well."

"The room was very nice and large, but the breakfast was not worth it. There was no bacon, eggs, or waffles. There were a few pre-wrapped honey buns, store-bought donut holes, apples and a couple of cereals. "
