10/10 Excellent

"Great getaway! Highly recommend the resort. The pools are great for children and lots of activities. Restaurant manager and server at the License to Chill Bar and Cafe were friendly, attentive and provide excellent service. The food was delicious! Only complaint is the front desk. Staff were not friendly and helpful. They were unwilling to help link my reservation through Expedia with my Margaritaville membership, which cost me additional money since I lost all perks such as Valet parking being included. Otherwise, it is worth overlooking the front desk staff."

"Hot tub does not work, per the man at the counter, it is been out since last season and yet to be fixed. Some lights in our room flickered leaving a poorly lit room. Tub faucet made a horrible noise when turning on/off and the tub itself had very poor drainage. Ice machine did not work. Both mornings, I had to find and notify staff the most of the breakfast items were empty and needed to be refilled."

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also loved the on-site amenities, such as the pool and gym. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Very clean, cozy, cabin that had everything we needed. Family friendly for the kids and for pets as well. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in and the front deck is so fun for gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. Fantastic communication by the owners as well for any questions we had. The property isn’t being maintained as far as the community fishing area but there were several other places close by as well as a huge dick across the street that we used. Swimming pool area was nice, clean and maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"liked all the trees. Room - mould in the bathroom tiles. Coffee machine to get hot water did not work. I had to ask housekeeping twice to get a new one carpets look old and dingy Back table restaurant, the worst service in my mind for a Hilton curio! Breakfast - cold oatmeal I will not stay here again."

"The climate control system had a mind of its own. When we entered our room the AC was apparently set at 65. I tried repeatedly to set it a few degrees higher, but every time it would revert back to 65. Waking in the middle of the night, the room felt cold. I raised the set point as high as 75; the displayed temp would drift higher momentarily, then right back to 65. We were cold all night and in the morning I just shut it off completely. Frustrating !"
