Honestly - sad to see - I love citizen M bowery - this was the worst ive seen it in 5+ years."
"The room was fine. I had 2 issues:
1. The parking garage right across the street told me to have the hotel validate my paring stub and they would take $10 off. The hotel said "we don't do that."
2. I was trying to get change for a $20 but was told they couldn't do it - meaning no money, not that they wouldn't I guess."
