"Room seemed barren... Biggest challenge was Noise of Traffic...seemed like on a acceleration ramp and stayed on upper floor and level was still quite loud. We had earbuds, however, would not choose this location in future."

"Beds not comfortable not enough lighting in bathroom, bathroom door wouldn't hardly move it was soo heavy and stuck in the track. There are definitely better places and nicer employees!!"

"Bathroom/shower could have been cleaner, hand soap practically empty but didn't feel like having any interruption after getting back late. Breakfast ends at 9 am but at 8:30 am, saw nothing but waffles, a few slices of white bread. Entrance/lobby was a little strange to get to at check-in. No elevator so be prepared but the stairs are inside so at least you're not affected by the weather. Dealt with 2 front desk employees, one was nice, the other not so friendly. Good customer service is hard to find anywhere these days so I'm learning not to expect it anymore. Good things were the bed was really comfy, uvinyl tile flr so no carpets which is a plus. Price is unbeatable for the area so it was definitely a good value overall. "
