The owners were fantastic and kept in contact about our arrival and what to do when leaving. The room was excellent. Lovely towels and linen. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Downside, is no off street parking, but we didn't have trouble getting a park in the side street. Close to restaurants and, cafes. A spare blanket would be nice and maybe some sachets off washing powder (I took my own). Otherwise a great stay!

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working. Building security is very poor, there were people sleeping in the building hallways and the security entrance didn’t lock so was accessible by anyone.

Located in centre of Hamilton close to shops and restaurants. Key had to be picked up at another location. No parking provided in building (although there is a carpark) No staff on site.
