"One night stay, good value, accom comfortable and close to great pubs and restaurants. Lucky hotel (pub) has a great atmosphere and nice courtyard, food was great too! Will definitely stay again."
"The adults only bungalows were lovely, great view, spacious and well appointed, with a generous sized bath tub. Easy in site dining, and bar and lovely within walking distance cafe. "

Really enjoyed Newcastle and it's mix of architecture and stunning cliff top walks. The tourist information centre was exceptionally helpful and helped make my stay more interesting. The light rail was a good way to see the main features.

Newcastle is slowly being cleverly renovated to a beautiful area. Unfortunately, shops have really suffered, with many empty CBD stores FOR LEASE, this is sad to see. It's going to take a long time to have the bubbling "people traffic" return.
