The CBD is a very easy stroll and it is only a 4 minute Uber ride to chic Honeysuckle.

Located in the North-East corner of the iconic 1970's Cooks Hill apartment development of 'Union Towers', this 2-bedroom apartment features expansive inner city views and “snippets” of the ocean.

Located close to the Market town shopping centre, The Junction shopping village, and the hustle and bustle of restaurants, cafes and nightlife on the popular nearby Darby Street. You are also just 3 mins to Bar Beach and 5 mins to the uber-popular surf break at Dixon Park Beach or Merewether beach, Surf House and ocean baths. Both bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans - the Master featuring a comfortable Queen size bed, with the second bedroom featuring two single beds, plus an additional roll-out third single bed - perfect for the kids, or an additional guest!

The open plan living area features reverse-cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan and roller-blinds, and opens out onto the private balcony with sweeping inner city views.

The modern kitchen features a large stainless steel fridge, oven, four burner gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, large double stainless steel sink, glass splashback and plenty of storage space. There is seating for 4 people at the kitchen bench, the perfect place to gather for breakfast each morning!

The newly renovated bathroom features a generously sized shower. The modern internal laundry features both a washer and dryer.

There is a secure, single garage at the property, allocated to the unit, as well as additional visitor parking on-site.

Perfect location close to Darby St, great price with bonus free onsite parking. The flat is large - we fit five adults - clean and comfortable. Great views from the balcony and central to the CBD and a short drive to the beach or Hamilton. Prompt and helpful contact with the property manager - don't lock the garage key in the car like we did!! The people in the flats are really friendly and the check in process is simple and easy to follow.
