Adamstown, a southern suburb of Newcastle, is located 8 kilometres west-southwest of Newcastle’s central business district along the Pacific Highway.
Located on the fringe of Newcastle’s CBD and near Newcastle Beach, this diverse neighbourhood has everything at your doorstep. Adamstown boasts an ambitious yet down-to-earth dining scene, transformed into a foodie’s haven with numerous revamps in 2020. For the adventurous, it’s just minutes away from the beach, bike trails, nature walks, golf ranges and parks.
Getting Around:
Adamstown is easily accessible with various transportation options. The Adamstown station is just a 17-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is only a 13-minute walk.
