On the doorstep of Newcastle's vibrant city centre awaits this renovated private retreat that offers room for the whole family with a touch of luxury and a leafy aspect looking down towards Newcastle City Hall.

Including four bedrooms, generous off-street parking, and multiple outdoor areas, you have ample space to enjoy your stay. Complete with stylish yet comfortable decor, smart TV, air-conditioning, and well-appointed kitchen you may not want to leave.

The property is pet friendly.

The location of this property is a major drawcard, as you can see from the drone shots. It is only 500m to Darby St and an abundance of cafes, bars, and boutique shops. It is also only a 5-minute walk to King Edward Park, a 10-minute walk to Newcastle Beach, and a 15-minute walk into Hunter St mall, where you can conveniently access the Light Rail.

The house itself is 4-bedroom with a full bathroom plus additional powder room, and large double garage plus additional parking space in front. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, interior paint, and improvements to the functionality of the house.

The double garage is position underneath the house and a set of stairs takes you to the front balcony and entryway. The balcony includes an outdoor lounge setting with an aspect looking towards Newcastle City Hall.

The living room is light filled and includes a large chaise lounge, smart TV, split system air conditioner, and leafy outlook. Attached to this area is a small workstation.

Walking past the new glass balustrade surrounding the staircase with internal access to the garage is the dining area, which includes an 8-seat dining table and is also serviced by the same split system air conditioner.

The kitchen is well appointed with a Nespresso coffee maker, oven and stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, and other essentials that you would expect to be able to cook a homemade meal.

Walk through from the kitchen to the rear patio with small outdoor dining table and 4 seats plus the large, terraced back yard.

Back inside the house are the 4 bedrooms, which are all connected by a central hallway, which is also attached to the bathroom, powder room, and laundry.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and enjoys the same leafy outlook at the living room plus a large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are fitted with a double bed, and outlook to the nice side garden, small built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 4, which is connected to both the hallway and the kitchen, is fitted with a day bed that is dressed as a lounge for your arrival but easily converts to a double bed with linen stored underneath in draws. This room also includes a TV with aerial connection.

The bathroom includes a shower with semi-frameless screen, a separate bathtub, and vanity with hair dryer. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience.
The toilet is located separately right next to the bathroom.

At the end of the hallway is the powder room with toilet and a hand basin, plus a full laundry with washing machine, dryer, and laundry tub.

This property is self-check with a lockbox conveniently located next to the front door so you can arrive at your leisure.
