This apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open plan kitchen, living and dining area that open up to the balcony.

Newcastle Beach is directly across the road, and you will also be within walking distance to Nobby's Beach, King Edward Park and the Bogey Hole, Newcastle Ocean Baths and Hunter St Mall.

Important note about this property:
There is remediation work occurring at this property currently on the outside of the building only. There is scaffolding directly outside the apartment and the view is currently impacted until approximately February 2026.
There will be personnel onsite and may be some noise experienced between 7am and 5pm weekdays.
The nightly rates have been set with this in consideration and priced accordingly. If you choose to proceed with booking this property, you acknowledge this notice and we appreciate your respect in our communication, and your review.

Great location, the apartment needs some extra chairs for four guest. But otherwise it was good accommodation and clean.
