We liked the central location of the hotel. Queen Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. There's no car parking with the hotel but a discounted rate was given for Times Square car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The Hampton at Newcastle is literally across the road from the main train Station and Metro, so that is a big bonus. The Hotel Room was very good and tea/coffee facilities in room. Staff were most helpful and very pleasant. Idea and no complaints.
