Booking in was easy due to the helpful staff on reception.Our room was very clean,so was the toilet and shower room,we had a lovely undisturbed night’s sleep.On Sunday morning we enjoyed our breakfast,all the food was piping hot and we had no problems finding a table.Overall an excellent hotel experience from start to finish and when we are next in Newcastle this is the place we’ll be staying.

The room that was assigned to us was clean, although the pillows are too soft for me as I suffer from bad back. Mark at the reception was very helpful. We keep coming back and choose to stay here as it was a good location to all the events that we attended. Highly recommended to all travelling to Newcastle. Newcastle train station is just a few steps away.
