The staff were all friendly and helpful, car parking was available at the rear of the hotel priced at £15 per 24 hours. A 5 minute walk gets you to the Canning Town Tube station, so it is convenient.for travel around London. Breakfast was buffet style, and had a wide range of food that should suit all tastes. "On a possitive note the parking was free and the receptionist was friendly and we were able to leave our bags and car there all day while we went into the city. Upon our return we were given our room key 19. On entering the room smelt really musty and unclean, we had to open a window. Then noticed stains and burn holes on the pillows and runners that we took off straight away and the sheets didnt seem clean. We had one very tin pillow each that folded when picked up.
