Simply one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. It has everything that I need, gives back to society; it’s sustainable and highly functional. The staff are amazing. On checking in, the receptionist noticed that it was going to be my birthday during my stay and gave me a gift, how sweet is that. Very close to Excel, beautiful views of the docks

The room we had was ideal for one nights stay, clean, tea & coffee making facilities, decent shower, working aircon, if I was staying longer it may of been nice to have a room with a TV (there wasn’t one in the room) however for our requirements it was fine.

Felt relaxed and comfortable in this hotel, even though I was a single guest, as the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. I liked the ethical elements of this hotel. I enjoyed the rooftop bar & being able to order dinner up there too. Cosy room with no tv, which is perfect as it meant I couldn’t hear anyone else’s tv either! My room had a view of the water and water skiers. Housekeeping was top class.

The room was clean and a lovely stay however the room was quite small and difficult to move around in when there is two of you, also we’re not informed prior to a £30 per night deposit that would be required when checking in.

The room was clean, the hotel was presented well and had a nice aroma when walking around. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There are lots of things surrounding the hotel, so plenty of places to eat/drink & do activities. The room was quite cramped for the price paid, but I am not sure whether that was exclusive of this hotel or just a problem that is common in London.
