"We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again. "

"Our stay was excellent at the Stratford. The room was ready for an early check in when we arrived, spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and this made our stay really pleasant. It was to celebrate my mums birthday and they hand delivered a plate of chocolates. The location was perfect for ABBA Voyage which is the reason for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again Thankyou! "

"Very clean hotel, wonderful staff, very tasty breakfast unfortunately no vegetarian or halal options we were very delighted with what was available, nice and simple gym great work spaces, bar staff exceptional (didn’t get her name afo/caribbean girl). I would highly recommend for an airport stop off or just a short peaceful break, soundproof amazing. Definitely will be back because of reasonable prices oh I mustn’t forget the Bulgarian gentleman at front desk!!!"
