It appears that I previously left a 3.5-star rating, although I am unsure how this happened. I would like to amend this, as I have now stayed here several times and have always had a very positive experience. This is a lovely little hotel that is spotlessly clean. The team are consistently friendly and accommodating, making each stay enjoyable. It is perfectly located for attending events at The O2 and for visiting the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and granddaughter had a wonderful room overlooking the water which was magical ! Thank you to the staff for all the thoughtful extras that were placed in the room for my daughters birthday celebrations. I am so impressed by the hotel ethos, delighted I came across it when looking for accommodation near ExCel. Room was clean and comfy. Good coffee bags. 🙂 Love the thoughtfulness of the worry dolls. The staff very friendly and helpful. Great idea providing umbrellas (for a deposit). I wish the hotel every success. No comment on the bar/food as I didn't eat there.

Le seul positif c’est que le personnel était aimable et serviable, mais pour le nettoyage des chambres soit elles sont débordées. On a retrouvé un préservatif sur le rebord du lit. L’hôtel est venu s’excuser un geste commercial sur deux boissons offertes, mais nous n’avons pas le choix de prendre soin, une bière ou du donc même pas le droit au cocktail on a redemandé une couette car on avait très froid, le petit déjeuner correct et certains soirs très bruyant, on entend tout à travers les chambres
