All in all a lovely hotel, right next to custom house station. Dock views aren't the most pleasant but river view is very nice. Great rooms with warm interiors, lovely staff and great breakfast.

We had room 5022, which offered a great view from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Great treat!

This was an absolutely lovely, exceptional experience from the room, which was comfortable and spacious, to the staff who were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. Both my husband and I were impressed by the ambience, decor, and cleanliness. We'll be back. We enjoyed every part of our stay. Oh, and the area is incredibly rich, diverse and lively. Can't wait to come back.

We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
