"Spotlessly clean hotel and room in a lovely setting, convenient for access to the O2 or Excel Centre. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Full english and continental Breakfast with vegan options included. I booked a basic room, which had everything except a tv. Perfect for my needs. Will definitely stay again. "

"The staff were very friendly from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was very tasty and stays open later on a Sunday. We got breakfast added free to our booking thanks to the kind staff as we were celebrating just becoming newlyweds. And we were also able to extend our checkout with ease. Overall 5 star experience thanks to the staff. We would recommend to everyone we know :)"

"I think on the whole this is good value for money, the kitchen/waitress got our supper order wrong so my friend and I ate separately. Our room was very cold and it was not possible to turn off the A/C but the reception staff did their best to sort it out."

"This hotel was modern chic but very minimal when it comes to the aesthetic of the rooms. My only complaint was we did not have enough space to put our stuff out with two people in the room. Ideally we would have had a wider or longer shelf for us to put our stuff on. It was a small room so eating in the room was challenging but we may do. And it fit perfectly for our purpose, very close to the train station and the city center airport. I really liked the lobby and the photo booth however I must say the photo booth does need more instructions as our first photo was ruined by not knowing it was about to take our photo. The price for the photo booth is not unreasonable but we had to pay twice to get a good set of photos that we liked. Super cute and fun aesthetic I would definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"The hotel was fabulous, lovely staff, clean with excellent facilities in the room if you choose to cook. Only downside for me was not enough breakfast options for someone who is both dairy and gluten free. "
