"The property was in good condition. My hotel room must of had work done in it a some point because you can see where a piece of the ceiling was replaced. They did not plaster up the replaced sheetrock as if the needed to go back and repair it again. The property is right next to the mall which is very convenient.The train station is under the mall. "

" This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and will not be the last. I brought a group over from the States for their first trip to Europe. Check in was easy, the staff was polite and professional. We included the breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh, colorful food for all palates. Easy to get to the center of London but so nice to get back to the hotel and the river. Some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Looking forward to going back again next year. "
