"The only disappointment was no pool and my fault I didn’t check. The room was spacious and very clean, bed comfy, plenty of towels. Staff was beyond friendly. Check in and out was seamless and quick. Located close to everything (don’t go to the ruby Tuesday down the street just awful!!). Also they use dove products in the shower so not cheap garbage that kills your hair and skin. There is a prev review that said no elevator which made me nervous however that is not true it must have just been broken that day. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely use them again when we are in the area. "

"My Mom had an early flight. The hotel was convenient and clean. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, when we arrived they did not available the room requested. We were given a king suite with a pull out coach. It was the perfect solution. "

"My son and his wife were married at the Hartford City Hall over Easter weekend on March 30th of this year. Most of our friends and family stayed at The Goodwin. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out the experience was wonderful. All of the staff went above and beyond to be sure that we were happy and comfortable.
