Short Term Lodging Permit: SLP11299

Absolutely gorgeous oceanfront upper unit in a duplex right on the sand!! A one-of-a-kind vacation treat! Very spacious and bright with a private bathroom in each bedroom. Plus, a wonderfully large master bedroom with an inviting jacuzzi tub and separate shower! Enjoy two car garage parking, a large deck off of family room, a large roof top deck with a hot tub, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and shared outdoor shower room! A great location for a great vacation!

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage parking. (A longer vehicle, such as a Suburban, will fit in the garage but will be too long to close the garage door).

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

The property was in the perfect location! The beach was out the back door, the location was perfect walking distance to food, coffee, convenience stores, etc. Great, speedy, communication with the host if anything was needed. The rooms were very clean! Linens and everything were plenty, nice, and comfortable. The size of the rooms were great. The hot tub was ready to go from the moment we got there, and very clean! We would certainly be back!

Great Location

Property was clean. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed. I love the rooftop and the sunset view from there. Beach access was steps away. Quite neighborhood.

Perfect beach front property

Our family of 6 (2 teens and 2 18+ kids) really enjoyed our stay at this direct ocean front property. The views from the rooftop terrace with hot tub cannot be beat. Lovely dining nook and cozy family room also have gorgeous views. All communication with property was thorough, accurate and timely. Everyone also grateful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Space was very efficiently utilized.

Super Sunset

Fantastic location with everything needed for a restful and relaxing mini vacation. We were able to cook meals "at home" while watching the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be booking with this company again as they were very attentive and welcoming.

A great getaway

We needed a place to recharge our batteries from the midwest winter and this was wonderful. The primary suite bed was great, the queen in the secondary room mediocre ( cheap springs, very shaky) and there are no blackout curtains in the nonprimary rooms. There was a steam shower that did not work and the sliding screen door to the deck fell out of the track but with no bugs we didnt need it. Lastly, the hottub needs a lid to hold the heat in, the wierd plastic blanket kept blowing off. These all were minor issues, still a great stay at a great location!

Fabulous beach vacation

My family and I wanted a relaxing beach vacation. Is was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views with excellent access to the beach. The hot tub was comfortable with a great view. The bbq worked great too. We have no real complaints. One bedryhad a firm mattress. The other 2 had soft ones so it just depends what you like. There is a 2 car garage. We had a sedan and a minivan. Tight fit but both made it. Bigger cars would not but there is street parking close by. We would definitely rent it again.

Perfect location

We would definitely return! You can’t beat the location, it could use a little TLC update, however, it was worth every penny, and the property management was terrific!

Great Location but the BBQ was filthy and out of gas and all the glass had a layer of slime and dust on it. Great Location but the place needs some love and cleaning.

Great location and the unit alone is beautiful, clean and spacious. Then the rooftop seating and hot tub setup takes it to another level, as that became my family's nightly sunset spot. Thank you for hosting this property and helping us make priceless memories.

Delta Gamma 35th reunion

Six friends for a long weekend and the beach house was absolutely PERFECT. Communication, check in/out, amenities and the jacuzzi! Sitting in a hot tub and enjoying the ocean views was the highlight of the trip. We appreciated Jennifer’s her communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend the property if you can climb stairs. So incredible!

Perfect location
