"Clean, looks updated. Didn’t stay long enough to comment on amenities. Had to pay for parking, only one not so reliable elevator."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom with kitchenette. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and the unit was extremely clean. Check in with super easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It was close to Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. We also did a trip to Yorktown while we were there and that wasn’t too far (under 30 minutes). We were in the upstairs unit and the people below us we could hear when they would go in and out. It wasn’t bad, but if noise bothers you, it might be an issue. We will definitely be back. We had a great time."

"Beautiful and well maintained resort. Plenty of activities for all ages at the resort. There's a mini golf course and two beautiful swimming pools. Service was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for being awesome West Gate! "

"First time I stayed and everything was great. Like that it’s walking distance to Town Center. We have a big long bed truck and they were very helpful and accommodating to find a parking spot as it’s hard to maneuver in a parking garage. We will be back in July."
