"This was a older hotel, much like the the motels from the 80's. The deadbolt didn't work which was a bit concerning but given the hotels age the rest of the room was in great condition."

"Beautiful refurbished building, spacious room (201). Very comfortable one night stay. There is a train down the street but it didn’t keep us awake. Food voucher for $10 off our breakfast at a choice of 3 restaurants. WiFi was too slow to use but maybe just needed resetting. We were at end of trip so didn’t need for planning anyway. "

"Unfortunately our reason for visiting the area was a family funeral, but we could not have been happier with our stay at Chateau Monroe. The hosts thought of literally everything, and when you’re traveling with small children (and dogs), having what you need after a long drive is priceless.
