"This is just an unimaginably extraordinary hotel in a beautiful city. Felix and Arthur at the restaurant were just superb. The intimidating history of the property is immediately forgotten as soon as you walk in and walk the hotel. Food is delicious and the rooms, while cell-like (no pun intended) are comfortable. "We stayed at the Hotel Port-Marine with extended family, 6 of us. The hotel exceeded our expectations: perfect location on the port of Sète, close to a plethora of restaurant and shopping, its own parking space (which would have been a nightmare without, especially during the heart of the French summer vacations), a short walk from a deep in the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Rooms are clean, functional, and all you need for a vacation stay / resort town. Breakfast buffet is copious and varied, in a large room with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. Will return for sure. "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!"

"The hotel is just inside the entrance to the naturist section of Cap d'Agde on the left. Just inside the entrance, you make a U-turn to the left - where you're supposed to - and then an immediate right and you're there. It is easily walkable to the beach and all areas of the naturist section. It was our first time at Cap d'Agde. We had a great stay. We'll definitely come back."

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "
