It felt way more personal than a big hotel they remembered my name, helped with recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with great hospitality, this is definitely the type of spot you want."

"We had a very comfortable one night stay at the Success Airport Hotel. The room was large, everything felt new and clean. The AC worked great. The staff were kind and helpful setting up a ride to the airport that came right on time. "

"All was going well on arrival. Showed flight details for the following day Free inc Airport transfer but following day guy on desk said I had to pay and said he’d ordered. He stated I had said I would sort out my own the previous day. I did not! Seems like a scam when I had already discussed the day before. I ordered my own Grab. Only booked this hotel as I free transfer to airport without any supposed hassle! Poor service."
