"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request. Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street. So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return. "

"The beds are really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Mia was extremely helpful during our stay. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience the breakfast, it was included in our stay which was nice "

"We booked the Lotus Boutique Hotel for three nights initially at the start of our Vietnam family holiday. Travelling with a group of seven including a toddler of 21 months, two rooms here were ideal. The hotel organised an airport transfer for is at a very reasonable price. Jennie, the manager could not be more accommodating, organising a street food tour which I highly recommend. She also organised our train tickets together with a cruise on Halong Bay. We also had laundry done at a very reasonable price. As far as value for money is concerned, we received outstanding value for money. The breakfast was good, the wifi was very good.I highly recommend the Lotus Boutique Hotel and would definitely return here if staying in Hanoi again. The location is outstanding."

"Service exceptionnel du personnel, installations propres et petit-déjeuner incroyable ! Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre dernière nuit au Vietnam après avoir voyagé pendant 3 semaines et c'était un vrai régal. Je me sentais malade à mon arrivée et le personnel a été incroyablement compréhensif et serviable ! Ils ont fait d'excellentes recommandations et m'ont aidé à me sentir mieux. "Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile. When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again"

"Great property in Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff was helpful, courteous & friendly. Rooms were excellent. Lots to see & do nearby. Happy Hour was a big plus. For our 1st time in Vietnam this Hotel was a real treat. Would stay here again. "
