Despite of the central location in the old quarter it was not noisy, the room was nice and spotless clean and the breakfast good. The best was the exceptional friendly hotel staff! "It's centrally located, and we had a room for $55, which was great for this place.The staff is very friendly although we arrived at 4am in the morning. We were given a room to take a shower until our room was ready. Sulli from the reception was very helpful with information and tour bookings. She gave us a great deal for our Bai Tu Long bay tour. Breakfast is excellent. We spent 1 month traveling in Vietnam and this hotel was the best we tried so far. "
