"I enjoyed my stay. From the moment I got to the Hotel, I knew I had made the right choice. Sign in was hassle free and did not take that long. The staff member at the front desk was very professional and made me feel at ease. The hotel's front lobby was very clean and well maintained. The parking lot was monitored in that it was clear of show and I was able to walk without fear of slipping on snow or ice. The room was the perfect size for me. Next time I will bring friends/family to stay with me. The hotel's location in proximity to the Casino was great. It was practically right across the street. The room was clean. The bed was in perfect condition. I enjoyed my night's sleep. I had a pop machine close to my room door but, there was only minimal noise once when another guest was using it to get beverages to drink. The floors in the rooms were very clean ands in great condition. I loved the washroom. The washroom was left spotless I had no hesitation using the sink, toilet and the bathtub to shower in. The desk and furniture were in great condition. I used the fridge and the sink neat it and they were both also spotless. In hindsight I wished I had booked 2 night instead of only one night. The next time I come to Niagara Falls and wish to stay over, This hotel will be my first choice. The sign out process was fast and the Staff member who served me was both polite and friendly. I could feel that the staff would be than happy to have me come back to stay. Great experience!"

"This is our 4th stay here. We return yearly for my daughter’s birthday. Staff is extremely friendly and warm. They gave my daughter a birthday bag, and cookie at check-in, which is really nice. Very good selection at breakfast. Rooms are clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. Close to Clifton Hill (5 minute walk) We will return next year:) Excellent value for the rates of the rooms."
