"It was a great time, my kids loved the waterpark. Boston pizza was very conveniently located in the hotel. Staff at the hotel and at Boston Pizza were all great! The hotel was very clean and the grounds were also nicely kept. Overall it was a great experience. Definitely would come back. "

"The location is great, the room nice but staff not really helpful. We had issues with the bathroom( read water flow in the toilet and shower), we reported it multiple times and finally a maintenance guy was sent. He was polite and tried to be helpful but not sure if he ever came back to fix the problem as the issues were never resolved. Not a great experience."

"The hotel was great except for one thing. Our room had a ant problem. We told the front desk. Someone came and sprayed but more came. The room needs to be nuked killing a few wont solve the issue, it was room 224. It wasnt a lot of ants but it was few scattered. Other than that it was nice. The service at the desk was great. They gave my girlfriend free pads while she was on her period. They were always handy and ready to solve any problem. The breakfast was average. A good amount of options. Parking cost $15 a night which i feel like it should be free but yea. Overall if it wasnt for the ants i would give it a 9/10."

"This was our first time staying at the Sheraton fallsview hotel. We've stayed at several other hotels in Niagara falls. This hotel is good if you have children as it's all connected indoors to the water park, restaurants, and arcade and the Casino. The negative is that it is damn expensive. Everything is triple price to the norm. From Starbucks to the Circle K to the restaurants withing the complex are ridiculously priced, so buyer beware. We had a non-view room, which was also a first (think inside stateroom on a cruise ship) and it was very dark and isolated which was a negative. The whole hotel smelled a bit damp which could have been because of the waterpark, or they just don't have good ventilation. The indoor pool on the 14th floor needs a huge renovation and was only enjoyable to the kids. We were there as a large family and the hotel was good with requests of rooms close and on the same floor. If you're going as a family it's a good complex. If you're going without kids there's better, newer and nicer hotels to stay at. I was somewhat disappointed considering they boast they put $50 million into renovating the hotel. I think they missed some critical spots."
