"The receptionist was very nice and friendly to interact with us. I like the room with their nice comfortable bed and fancy way of folding their towels. At first we thought there was a dead rat on the carpet when we open the room only to realize that the carpet has a rip that forms like a rat at first glance.😊 I like also that their shower has a built in seat for older person esp with disabilities to use. The location is also closed to Clifton, old casino and the falls. I just wish they have a microwave aside from the fridge and coffee maker and a stair close to the reception area to go up the 2nd floor of that left wing. Overall it was a stay that I can recommend!"

"I was upgraded to Hilton suites! 2 days prior to my check in, Oakes' Hotel manager, Mohammed called and apologized for not accommodating my request, but instead, he upgraded me to Hilton suites with all the same requests that I had. While checking in the Hilton, the lady that helped us check in, was very friendly and nice. At first, she gave us a room, but then went back and said let me reshuffle things a bit and ended up giving us an upgraded room on the high rise top floors with beautiful view. Overall, this whole experience was amazing!"
