"We stayed as a family of 4 in June during a heat wave. Check in process was simple and well communicated. We all completely LOVED this place! The building and the apartment were very clean and organized. It was easy to use public transportation to go to all the touristy spots, and was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Just know that front desk is often not there and you will probably have to call when you arrive to contact someone who will check you in. "Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down.
