"Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Leider haben wir das Kleingedruckte - dass nĂ€mlich die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchgefĂŒhrt werden soll - erst bei der Ankunft wahrgenommen... Dementsprechend war der Zustand der Wohnung (aufgerĂ€umt aber eben nicht geputzt und auch kein Staub gewischt). Schon etwas eklig... Hier wĂ€re mal eine echte Grundreinigung fĂ€llig!!! Der Balkon war fĂŒr uns nicht nutzbar, da er total verdreckt war und die beiden vorhandenen PlastikstĂŒhle kaputt waren."

"Die Wohnung ist sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. An viele Details, die man kaum in einer Ferienwohnung findet, wurde gedacht ( Schuhanzieher, Eierkocher ). Mir persönlich war allerdings der KĂŒhlschrank zu klein. Ich konnte nicht alles wie gewohnt darin lagern.Der kurze Weg zur Ostsee ist super. Zu den SupermĂ€rkten Rewe, Penny und Aldi kann man in ein paar Minuten auch laufen. Frau Rathjen ist sehr freundlich und erklĂ€rt bei Ankunft alles."

Beim Check out sollte man nur den SchlĂŒssel aus der Box nehmen, aber keine Angabe wohin.Dies sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal."

"Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Lage war gut, ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Jedoch die Beschreibung der Wohnung war sehr ungenau. Das angegebene Schlafzimmer erwies sich als offener Bereich oberhalb des Wohnbereiches, zu dem von diesem eine sehr schmale und steile Treppe fĂŒhrte. Nichts fĂŒr Menschen mit EinschrĂ€nkungen oder kleine Kinder. Die Deckenhöhe dort war sehr niedrig, so dass der Zugang zum Bett am Fenster nur von vorn möglich ist. Im Badezimmer war...
