"Everything was great except the beds/pillows. I tossed and turned with no sleep before a flight. Also the shuttle only started at 5am which cuts it extremely close for early flights. We had to book an Uber so we could get to the airport with enough time for our flight. Lastly, the breakfast started at 6am so again this is impossible for early flights. We booked this hotel specifically for these things and were not able to even use them. We will probably book elsewhere our next travel arrangement."

"Lack of access to rolling luggage carts. The door to the room was very difficult to open and close, which would be a hazard in a fire. "

"I was overall happy with this hotel. They are undergoing construction right now and we were the room at the end of the block, meaning we were woken up by building sounds and drilling around 7am each morning. Without this, the hotel would have been really great. I wished the breakfast restaurant had an a la cart option, vs the flat $25 buffet, because I don't eat that much for breakfast, especially before a trade show. "

"The room we reserved on expedia was not available when we checked in. The hotel was very noisy, people running up and down the hallways until after 2 am in a Sunday night. The hot breakfast in the morning was warm at best and not much variety. The one pkus was the cinnamon rolls, they were hot and fresh. We stay at Holiday inn and suites often but will not stay at this one again."

"Room was nice and clean. Very welcoming. The area was quiet. I felt safe. The only bummer was the garbage disposal was not working and the entryway light in the room was burnt out. The guest services offered to have maintenance fix things ASAP or switch me to another room - my choice. The front desk was very helpful. The shuttle drivers were excellent; they even lifted my luggage in and out of the shuttle bus for me. This was a huge help due to the low back pain issue of which I was suffering. I would stay here again!"
