"The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The doors were heavy and slammed shut which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. We saw one large ant crawling on the floor right near the door. A maid happened to walk by when I saw it (we were just entering the room). She was very nice and offered to come back and spray the area which I declined as we have asthma. She also offered to switch our room. We stayed but didn't see any more ants. The bathroom had a large waterfall showerhead but no bathtub. The lighting at the sink basin was too dim and the area around the sink had limited space on which to place toiletries. The check-in clerk was very nice, efficient and friendly. The check-out clerk this morning was scrolling on his phone and didn't look up or acknowledge me until a few minutes after I'd arrived. Overall I'd give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5."
