"Reservation was for a room in the tower portion of the hotel. Upon check-in I was informed that due to over booking we were moved to a room in the older section of the hotel. There were also 2 loud parties going on at the facility that there was no notice of."

"Ocean view was excellent. Clean room and very quiet environment. Still under remodel so portion of facility was blocked and parking was tight. Breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent despite small temporary lobby area."

"I believe the front desk agent charged me twice. I showed him that I book the room through the Hotels.com. He said it did not show on his computer. So he charged me $89.00. He also sent me to a dirty room. The room was not cleaned. It was not a good experience. "
