"Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The bedding was also very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the common area. The location was perfect as it was close to the Nippori train station. We would definitely consider staying here again on out next trip."

"Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again. "We stayed here to have access to Ueno station via subway and be able to reach Asakusa via transit. The room was small but comfortable as is typical for hotel rooms in Japan. Breakfast was amazing with lots of Japanese food options and some western options like cereal and pastries. There surrounding area was quiet and felt safe, though there wasn't much around in terms of shops and dining options. Overall, would recommend if you would like to stay somewhere quiet."
