"Really clean and pretty property. Really great amount and condition of amenities. The location was perfect; really quiet but also walkable distance to station. Really great place to immerse yourself into traditional culture. "

"Perfect Tokyo haven! This spacious and well-equipped accommodation is just minutes from Minowa Station, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. After a day of soaking up Tokyo's vibrant atmosphere, the peaceful retreat is the perfect place to unwind. Huge thanks to our hosts for their prompt and responsive communication – it really made our trip special!"

"Great ryokan, very comfortable. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. It was quite warm in the room even with the ac but we still enjoyed our stay."

"Very cool lobby restaurant/bar/cafe, with good food! Helpful staff and small but well maintained rooms!"

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."

"Staffs are friendly Shops are very convenient nearby, such as family mart, and restaurant and to subway station."

"Excellent staff and amenities! The attendant I had spoke English and made check-in very easy. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, and there was a coffee bar with a good selection of flavors. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge big enough for drinks and snacks, but not a full grocery haul. There was a larger fridge and freezer in the common lobby. The location was very convenient. The price was very good and my stay was much nicer than...

"Great hotel that suited our family of 5 perfectly (2A, 3 kids 9,6,4). The hotel was on the doorstep of everything that Ueno has to offer. Ueno station is the perfect launching pad as it has to access to many train lines so it’s super easy to get around Tokyo. The hotel was super clean, spacious with all the required amenities. Highly recommend."

"Well designed accommodations with a very helpful, engaging staff."

"The place is lovely and way bigger than every other hotel we looked before, the bathroom is super spacious and loved the shower/tub setting. It was super clean and the hotel provided clear instructions and super helpful tips on how to go around the city and how to get there easily. Super quiet and great to have a nice sleep and recuperate for the busy days and lots of walking we did every day. Having a washer in the room was a plus, and if in a rush, a full laundry was around the corner. "

"Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the shopping district. Will stay here again!"

"Great place to stay. We enjoyed it."
