"We really loved our 6 night stay here! The room size was fine for 2 people and luggage. The Ginza line entrance is just a few feet from the entrance to the hotel. There is also a great breakfast spot next door for western style breakfast. Ueno station is right across the street and all of the fun shopping and dining areas are also very close by. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"I stayed for one night with my mother in a Japanese Style Modern Twin Room. I was given clear instructions at check in (spoken and printed). The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable and room was quiet. There we a lot of different amenities available if needed (extra pillows, bath salts, coffee etc)"

"The hotel is in a good location close to the market and train line. The room was very small. We stayed in a 2 bed with an extra bed and there was no room to move around once our suitcases were in."
