"Process for handling luggage storage between reservations was a joke. Relied on chat box to handle the request. Proposed that stored luggage would have to be picked up prior to me 2nd reservation check in at this hotel???? Hmmmm. Ai logic failed!!!!"

"Rooms were very small, and not the best in cleanliness. Staffs were overall ok with service. We lost a room card at checkout and they wanted $3000 yen, which it’s unacceptable, no one told us we needed to return both room keys. I mean no modern hotels needs guests to return room cards. "

"A thoughtful long stay option, which had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Ideal location being so close to Ueno Park, station(s), shops and restaurants. The hotel’s public baths with great views of the park was a standout, however could be cleaner at times. Also be mindful being long stay, rooms are not cleaned every day but trash is emptied and towels are refreshed daily, which was fine."
