"Easy access and convenient. Direct limousine bus from Naha airport, right next to American Village and Sunset Beach. Another 10 minutes walk to Aeon shopping mall and Lawsons is inside the hotel too for quick snacks. Plenty of breakfast varieties. "

"I would say, this is an AWESOME hotel!!! It is like mini apartment and we felt like it was our own and not like a cold hotel. We loved it! The restroom was totally separated room from bathroom. And they are so clean! Shower had a strong pressure and I loved it so much! Shampoo m, Conditioner and body wash smelled so wonderful!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. So if you have a vehicle, and know where to go and what to do, then this would be 1000% recommended to anyone. We did not know the area very much so other than driving to and from where we needed to be, we had to look for restaurants and many places were closed even they were recommended on the online. No shopping mall around so if you like window shopping, or look for restaurants, you want to study the area ahead of time."

"■ツインの部屋にしましたが、十分広く、ソファの前に小ぶりのテーブルがあるので簡単なPC作業であればできました。風呂、トイレは部屋にもありますが、風呂は大浴場があるので使いませんでした。 ■朝食 品数が多く楽しめましたが、少し脂質の少ないタンパク質が少ない印象でした。沖縄の家庭料理やいろんな種類の麺でソーキそばを作れるのは魅力的でした。 ■大浴場 広い湯船に露天もある天然温泉で良かったです。水風呂がないのが少し残念でしたが外気浴スペースがあります。 ■館内 プールもあり。セブンイレブンやおみやげ物屋があります。 コインランドリーがあり2時間位で洗濯・乾燥ができます。稼働率が高く深夜や早朝には待ち時間なく使えそうな印象でした。 ■周辺 静かなのは良いですが駅からは少し離れていて、周りには少しだけ飲食店などがある程度です。■その他 チェックインを平日の16時くらいにしましたが結構待った点が残念でした。チェックアウトは機械ですぐに終わったのは良かったです。"

"I saw how this property looks online, but seen it in person was so different! Everything looked great and most of all, the staff were very sincere and helpful. I never had a hotel experience such as NaHaNa gave me, so I was super impressed! Would recommend to anyone for sure."

"The hotel itself is great, the staff is super nice, the facilities are great and the breakfast is great. If one facility should improve: the kids room isn’t great, there isn’t much to do for them there. The biggest negative was the location, the hotel is quite isolated, the beach (in the spring) wasn’t great and dining options are limited if you don’t get out by car or bus."
