"Rooms were very clean but outside of building looks very run down could use a new roof and very much in need of an overhaul regarding the siding. Breakfast was cold and ash brown was hard could upgrade breakfast for sure for the price the room was great"

"The location is really good. Downtown which is central Edmonton. So it’s about a half hour drive to any side of the city. Depending on construction. Also being next to the river valley you have access to beautiful trails and the legislative grounds is a few minute walk. Beautiful just to go hang out and relax."

The room was really nice, however, I’m not sure what happened but there was small black hairs on the bed sheets (looked like pubic hair) when we called down they had someone come to our room within minutes and change it for us. The kitchenette was a really nice feature, and the customer service, check in, checkout process was great."
