We booked a two-night stay. We asked if a crib was available and they said no? which was fine. However, the carpet in the room looked dirty and there was a musty, old-rug smell whenever we turned on the AC. The AC kept shutting off, as if it was on a timer and it was so hot inside. With how big the room was, I don’t think the unit could handle it. The washroom looked like it was the only part of the room that was renovated.
The TV wasn’t even plugged into the cable, so we didn’t use it until the next day. Housekeeping came by, replenished the toilet paper and that was it. They didn’t make the bed and even took the extra towel we had asked for our baby.
I asked my husband to park our car at the front of the hotel under the lights because there were homeless people all around.
