"Het huisje zag er keurig uit op een paar kleine punten na. De kitranden in de douchebak kunnen wel weer een update gebruiken. De batterij van de klok was leeg, geen batterijen te vinden...het gat in de parasol voet was te groot en daardoor valt de parasol telkens om.Het huisje is voorzien van een leuk terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel van klimmen houden als je naar je auto wilt.Verders prima hoor."

"Sehr schön eingerichtete und gestaltete Altbau-Wohnung im Herzen von Monschau. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir wurden herzliche empfangen. Auch die Rückgabe verlief ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, alles ist perfekt sauber und ideal vorbereitet. "Het huisje was in de verste verte schoon, van schimmel in de badkamer tot een hele vieze oven. Zelfs de spinnenraggen hingen nog in de hoeken aan de muur van de woonkamer. De bedden waren zeer slecht, maar ook was er veel defect (bijvoorbeeld vaatwasser, gordijn in de slaapkamer etc.). Ook de BBQ wil je niet aanraken. De bovenverdieping wordt verhuurd en daar wonen andere mensen. Het huis is heel gehorig, maar de boven buren lijken snachts niet te slapen. Wij zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken ivm...

"The property was very tidy, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the proprietor was in hospital when we arrived, nevertheless the handover went well. Whilst the accom. was comfortable we feel we should mention the beds, again very comfortable but very low, so getting in and out was for us [70+] a bit of a trial... "Was woken up at 5am by a boy racer in the adjoining car park doing doughnuts for 15mins. The room was large but very poorly designed. We arrived on a Friday evening and the outside dining was excellent with music and a great vibe. The surrounding area lacked charm but we managed to find a nice coffee shop and a chocolate museum. Hotel had a swimming pool which I wished I had used but was not well advertised. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. "
