And don't worry about saving water; they're clearly experts in water conservation. The complimentary water bottles are a generous touch - two whole bottles! And if you dare to ask for more, be prepared for an indefinite wait. I'm convinced they have a secret water-manufacturing facility at the reception, where they mix hydrogen and oxygen to create water on demand. The reception staff is a delight - unprofessional, immature, and sporting blazers that make them look like they're trying too hard. When I asked for hot water, the receptionist laughed and asked if he should come to my room. I'm still trying to comprehend the logic behind that response.
