"Very easy to get too, 2 mins from a Metro station. There is a supermarket opposite the apartment block & the apartment was spacious with everything in it you would need! The view from the balcony was lovely & you were high up enough that you didn't hear the noice. The balcony also got the sun in the morning. "We had two rooms. One the AC was very strong consistent. The other room was the AC was not great. At first we thought it was due to the heat but when we went to my mom’s room it was MUCH cooler and stayed that way. Over all we traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair and the hotel was excellent for her and those in wheelchairs. The uncovered parking was cheaper and secure and accessible for the chair. The shower was roll in you just need to ask for a tub chair and they will provide it. Great location within walking distance of the mall Eataly and easy driving to all the amazing museums."

The multi lingual staff is friendly, courteous, and happily willing to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Our junior suite was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Terrific buffet breakfast. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A true gem."

"Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything done with a smile and are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. Delicious breakfast. I have stayed many times and will be back again."
