They're help before arriving with some reservations that i want to do for activities making my life easier plus 24 h help. "We were greeted at the dock by a few staff and made to feel most welcome. Our check-in was smooth and our room was modern and very nice with an excellent view of the marina. The carpet, however, was very grubby looking which was off putting. The restaurants are excellent and the service amazing. The concierge team were so helpful. My one BIG complaint is that if you want to sit by the pool you must spend a minimum of €45 each at the pool bar/restaurant. You may sit on the beach and use the pool for free. This is the first time I have ever had to pay like this as a guest of a hotel. It left us feeling very disappointed in the place."
