It was an easy process. employees are available for assistance. And it was great that they automatically checked to see if they could check guests in early. Rooms are nice, clean & spacious for an NYC king room."

Felt very safe by having to use room key to access floor! Had corner room so get view of Time Square! Rooms a little dated but still very clean and nice! Definitely worth the money "
